Contact welding GYSPOT INVERTER BP/LX/LC, etc.

Contact welding machines are devices designed to connect metal sheets using dots, so there is also the term "spot welding". All devices by type of current source are divided into two categories: transformer and inverter.
Transformer devices have a number of advantages: simplicity of design and relatively low cost, but, at the same time, they cannot provide a current strength of more than 7,500 amperes on tongs, which ultimately affects the quality of the welding point, as well as the ability to work with modern heavy-duty and boron-containing steels used in modern car bodies.
Inverter current sources are modern devices that allow you to work with all types of steels, including heavy-duty and boron-containing. The current strength from 10000 to 14500 amperes ensures high quality of the welding point. Electronic control with intuitive settings allows you to adjust and control any operating parameter of the device, as well as save a report on each point. The database on the parameters of points regulated by automakers allows you to perform contact welding in accordance with their recommendations. The pliers on the contact welding machines can be in C or X version with a pneumatic clamp. The C-type of pliers is best suited for all tasks in car repair, ensuring the quality of the clamp at the welding site. Water cooling of the tick electrodes allows the device to operate without overheating for a long time at maximum parameters (more than 100 points).
The spotter function is included in all GYS contact welding machines, with the exception of Evolution PTI devices, where this is an additional option due to the design feature of the device.
Models: GYSPOT 32D-X, GYSPOT 32D-C, PORTASPOT 230, GYSPOT EVOLUTION PTI-s7, GYSPOT INVERTER BP.LCX-s7, GYSPOT INVERTER BP.LQC-s7, GYSPOT INVERTER BP.LX, VAS 821101, GYSPOT INVERTER BP.LC, GYSPOT INVERTER 100R-X, GYSPOT INVERTER 100R-C, GYSPOT INVERTER 100R-CX, etc.
